Hi, I’m David Han, a Los Angeles native who’s proud to call this city home. Having spent my entire life here—from elementary school through college at California State University, Los Angeles—I bring a deep understanding of the local communities and what makes each neighborhood unique.
Before stepping into real estate, I built my career in structural engineering, where I spent five years developing a strong foundation in how homes are designed, built, and evaluated. That experience allows me to offer my clients a more informed perspective when it comes to the quality and long-term value of a property.
I also spent two years managing a restaurant, where I learned the importance of communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service—skills I now use every day to guide my clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.
Real estate has always been a natural passion of mine, especially my interest in home and interior design. I love helping clients not only find a house, but truly see the potential to make it their home. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me unwinding with a good Korean drama.
